Staff were excellent

Staff was great. The receptionist escorted us to the room to explain facilities. Comfortable big bed. Great buffet breakfast with iron to order eggs, omelette, pan cakes, waffles, french toast etc. one of the best french toast and omelette I've had , served properly with garnish and sides. Good selection of cakes . Fresh bread and perfect croissants and fresh cheesecake Room service was excellent and responsive. We were provided with kettle and iron with board on request in minutes. A coffee machine was already in room and fridge with mini bar items. Good quality toiletries. Even had a bidet. Shower was excellent. Bathrobes provided. . Location was perfect right next to Palazzo Vanezia. Everything in walking distance. 10 minutes to colosseum on one side or Trevi fountain on the other. Start for very polite and professional definitely a five-star hotel. Highly recommended and much better priced than any other five stars in the center of Rome. Restaurant looked good with great many options but we did not try it as we were out delayed and having dinner outside. The restaurant had some seating Outdoors as well.

Location is definitely a plus, it is inside the city centre and really close to all touristic attractions that any visitor would be interested to visit. Also staff is very polite and available to assist.

One of the standout aspects of my stay was the exceptional staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and fluent in English, making communication effortless. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any request truly enhanced my experience. Dining at the hotel's restaurant, A Casa Tua Roma, was a delight. The ambiance is sophisticated yet inviting, and the cuisine is exquisite. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast offerings, which included a variety of sweet and savory options in the beautiful setting. The Roma Luxus Hotel offers a luxurious and welcoming environment, combining prime location, stylish accommodations, outstanding service, and delectable dining. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay in Rome! Great for couples as well as families.

The location of this hotel is perfect, within walking distance of all major sites like the Colosseum, Forum, Palatine Hill, Trevi Fountain, and Piazza Navona. We ordered a private car to pick us up at the airport through the hotel at a competitive price making the travel from and to the airport convenient and easy. The breakfast was perfect for us, with a bit of everything brought to the table, excellent coffee, and smiling and friendly staff. Our room was behind the elevator with a little bit of noise, but far less than what I have had elsewhere. After a long day roaming the streets of Rome, sleeping was not an issue at all :-)
